NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming 1987-1989 Bentley Passenger Cars
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced receipt of a petition seeking to allow the importation of 1987-1989 Bentley passenger cars that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as they are substantially similar to previously certified vehicles and can be modified to comply with the standards.
