Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat Requests OMB Review for Buy American Act Implementation Act

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of an extension to a currently approved information collection requirement related to the Buy American Act--North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, following a public comment period that concluded without any comments.
