Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Drafting Principles
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The proposed rule adds FAR drafting principles to enhance a common understanding of the regulation among all members of the acquisition team and other users.
