GSA Announces Changes to Move Management Services (MMS) SOW to Comply with Statutory Authority

The General Services Administration (GSA) has made changes to the MMS SOW in response to comments from the licensed-broker, carrier, and forwarder industries, as well as customer agencies, following a revised draft SOW posted on the Electronic Posting Service (EPS) in December 1999 and a Federal Register notice in April 1999, to transition licensed-broker-provided MMS from GSA's CHAMP to the Governmentwide Employee Relocation Services Schedule.
