GSA Requests OMB Review of American Customer Satisfaction Index Information Collection

The General Services Administration (GSA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an information collection concerning the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), a tool designed to measure and compare customer satisfaction among high-impact agencies within the Executive Branch, as mandated by Executive Order 12862.
