Federal Acquisition Regulation; Utilization of Indian Organizations and Indian-Owned Economic Enterprises

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to remove language related to incentive payments made to prime contractors for using Indian organizations and Indian-owned economic enterprises. This change aims to simplify the FAR and promote fair business practices.
