Federal Acquisition Regulation to Allow Credit Unions to Participate in Advance Payments

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to permit federally insured credit unions to participate in the maintenance of special accounts for advance payments, a move aimed at expanding access to government contracts for these financial institutions.
