Federal Acquisition Regulation; Energy Efficiency of Supplies and Services

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with the energy efficiency goals set by Executive Order 13123, issued on June 3, 1999, as part of the Greening the Government through Efficient Energy Management initiative.
