Federal Travel Regulation Corrects Maximum Per Diem Rates and Other Travel Allowances
The Federal Travel Regulation has corrected the maximum per diem rates for locations within the continental United States, addressing changes made in a 1999 rule that affected lodging amounts, added new localities, and removed others, and rectifying an oversight from a 2000 correction that failed to account for seasonal changes in Aspen, Colorado.
