Federal Acquisition Regulation; Truth in Negotiations Act Threshold Amendment Proposal

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to reflect the requirements of the Truth in Negotiations Act, which mandates a review of the threshold every 5 years, starting October 1, 1995.
