FAR Secretariat Requests OMB Review and Public Comments on Right of First Refusal of Employment Information Collection

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat is seeking OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement related to Right of First Refusal of Employment, and is inviting public comments on the necessity and utility of this collection.
