Federal Acquisition Regulation; Construction Industry Payment Protection Act of 1999 Implementation

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Construction Industry Payment Protection Act of 1999, which enhances payment protection for government contracts.
