Federal Acquisition Regulation; Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999 - Interim Rule Agreement

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, implementing portions of the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999, which established new assistance programs for veterans and service-disabled veterans who own and operate small businesses.
