USTR Requests Comments on Compliance with Telecommunications Trade Agreements

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is reviewing and seeking public comments on the operation and effectiveness of various telecommunications trade agreements, including the WTO Basic Telecommunications Agreement and NAFTA, until March 31, 2000.
