U.S. Trade Representative's Office Notifies WTO of Korea's Request for Dispute Settlement Over Antidumping Duties on Stainless Steel

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office has informed the World Trade Organization that Korea has requested a dispute settlement panel to examine the imposition of U.S. antidumping duties on stainless steel plate in coils and stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Korea, following two final affirmative determinations made by the U.S. Department of Commerce in 1999.
