Identification of Priority Foreign Country Practices and Foreign Countries Engaging in Discriminatory Procurement Practices; Request for Public Comment

The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comment on identifying priority foreign country practices and discriminatory government procurement practices that could impact U.S. exports. The review is required by Executive Order 13116, which mandates a report by April 30, 2000.
