USTR Publishes Annual Report on Countries Denying Adequate Intellectual Property Protection

The U.S. Trade Representative has submitted its annual report to Congress, identifying countries that deny adequate protection for intellectual property rights and those that pose a priority threat to U.S. businesses relying on IP protection, as required by the Trade Act of 1974.
