WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding United States-Antidumping Measures on Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Products From Japan

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is establishing a dispute settlement panel under the World Trade Organization to review U.S. trade decisions that led to antidumping duties on Japanese hot-rolled steel imports, following a request from the Japanese government.
