US Requests Public Comment on Eligibility for Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act

The US Trade Policy Staff Committee is seeking public input on the eligibility of Caribbean Basin countries to receive benefits from the recently passed US-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA). Comments will be reviewed by the committee, chaired by the US Trade Representative, to inform recommendations on country eligibility for the President.
