WTO Consultations Regarding Countervailing Duty Measures Concerning Certain Products From the European Communities

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced that it received a request for consultations from the European Communities on November 13, 2000, regarding the United States' continued use of countervailing duties based on the 'change in ownership' methodology, as used by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
