Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide From Greece and Japan: Commission to Hold Part of Hearing in Camera
The US Commission has decided to hold a portion of its hearing on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxide from Greece and Japan in private, following a request from domestic producers Kerr-McGee Chemical LLC and Chemetals, Inc., and domestic importer Eveready Battery Co. The hearing, originally scheduled for March 2, 2000, will have a closed part, while the rest will remain open to the public.
