U.S. International Trade Commission Rules on Excimer Laser Systems Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has ruled that there is no violation of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the investigation into excimer laser systems for vision correction surgery and their components. The commission has made a final determination in this matter.
