Intel and Level One Communications File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Alleged Patent Infringement

Intel Corporation and Level One Communications, Inc. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that certain companies are importing and selling integrated repeaters, switches, transceivers, and products containing the same, in violation of Intel's patents.
