U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into WAP-Compatible Wireless Communication Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into Geoworks Corporation, alleging that certain wireless communication devices and products infringe on a U.S. patent, and seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
