USPTO Reopens Comment Period for Convention on Jurisdiction and Foreign Judgments

The US Patent and Trademark Office is seeking public comments on a convention aimed at establishing common jurisdictional rules for international recognition and enforcement of civil and commercial judgments, with a new comment period set to close on January 12, 2001.
