FCC Establishes Rules for Public Safety Agency Communication Requirements by 2010

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has set an effective date of January 20, 1999, for amended rules implementing technical and spectrum requirements for public safety agencies, following the publication of new information collection requirements in the Federal Register on November 2, 1998.
