US Communications Commission to Review Rules on Advanced Services and Inter-Carrier Compensation

The US Communications Commission will consider action on the availability and deployment of advanced services, as well as issues related to inter-carrier compensation for internet service providers, and will review rules on non-accounting safeguards for telecommunications companies.
