Private Land Mobile Radio Service Rules, Florida Area Public Safety Plan

The Chief Public Safety and Private Wireless Division is seeking public comments on the Florida Public Safety Regional Plan, which aims to update the channel allocations for radio frequencies in the 821-824/866-869 MHz bands within the Florida area. The plan is part of the National Public Safety Plan and follows the established regional responsibility for managing public safety radio frequency spectrum.
