FDA Releases Draft Memorandum of Understanding for Interstate Distribution of Compounded Drug Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft standard Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines the responsibilities of states and the FDA in investigating complaints related to compounded drug products distributed across state lines, in response to concerns over excessive interstate distribution of these products.
