Implementation of the Mutual Recognition Agreement Between the United States and the European Community; Pharmaceutical GMP's and Medical Devices; Establishment of a Public Docket and FDA Contact Points

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is launching a public docket to share information on the implementation of the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between the US and the European Community (EC) in pharmaceutical GMPs and medical devices. The FDA will also provide contact points for specific topics under the MRA and make relevant information available on its website.
