FDA Approves Expanded Use of Propofol in Cats

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has amended animal drug regulations to include the use of propofol in cats, following approval of a supplemental new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Schering-Plough Animal Health Corp.
