FDA Requests Scientific Data to Develop White Paper on Food Contamination

The FDA is seeking input from the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods to aid in the development of a white paper on the contamination of ready-to-eat foods associated with food preparation employees, following a request from the Conference for Food Protection.
