Over-The-Counter Human Drugs; Labeling Requirements; Correction

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of March 17, 1999 (64 FR 13254). The final rule established a standardized format and standardized content requirements for the labeling of over-the-counter (OTC) drug products. The document was inadvertently published with an incorrect effective date. This document corrects that error.
