FDA Submits Information Collection for OMB Review and Clearance

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposal for information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as part of a notification for a health claim or nutrient content claim based on an authoritative statement.
