Immunotoxicity Testing Guidance; Availability

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing the availability of the guidance entitled ``Immunotoxicity Testing Guidance.'' This guidance is intended to provide FDA reviewers and manufacturers with a coherent strategy for assessing whether testing for potential adverse effects involving medical devices or constituent materials and the immune system is needed. The guidance is also intended to aid in developing a systematic approach to such testing.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement.
