The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice that appeared in the Federal Register of July 6, 1999 (64 FR 36361). The document announced that FDA is being restructured to create a more streamlined and efficient Office of the Commissioner that will provide leadership without compromising programmatic effectiveness. The restructuring document, which became effective on June 20, 1999, was published with an inadvertent error. This document corrects that error.

This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
