FDA Announces Collection of Information for Food Canning Establishment Registration and Recordkeeping

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information related to food canning establishment registration, process filing, and recordkeeping for acidified and thermally processed low-acid foods in hermetically sealed containers, which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
