FDA to Discuss Vibrio Parahaemolyticus Risk Assessment Model

The FDA, in collaboration with the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods and the FSIS/USDA, is hosting a public meeting to discuss a preliminary risk assessment model examining the link between Vibrio parahaemolyticus and human health.
