FDA Submits Proposed Collection of Information for Year 2000 Compliance Survey

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposed survey to manufacturers of biomedical equipment to assess their compliance with the Year 2000 (Y2K) requirements, as part of an effort to obtain emergency processing under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
