OCC Adopts Final Procedures for National Bank Mergers and Consolidations
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is adopting final procedures for national banks to follow in merging or consolidating with Federal savings associations, as required by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act of 1991.
