Request for Nominations for Members on Public Advisory Panels or Committees; Molecular and Clinical Genetics Panel of the Medical Devices Advisory Committee

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing the establishment of the Molecular and Clinical Genetics Panel of the Medical Devices Advisory Committee (the Panel) in the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). In this document, FDA is also requesting nominations for members to serve on the newly formed panel. FDA has a special interest in ensuring that women, minority groups, and individuals with disabilities are adequately represented on advisory committees and, therefore, encourages nominations of qualified candidates from these groups. Final selection from among qualified candidates for each vacancy will be determined by the expertise required to meet specific agency needs and in a manner to ensure appropriate balance of membership.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
