FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Financial Disclosure by Clinical Investigators
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document clarifying the requirements for financial disclosure by clinical investigators involved in clinical studies for drugs, biologics, and medical devices. Comments on the draft guidance are due by December 27, 1999.
