OCC Adopts Minority-, Women- and Individuals with Disabilities-Owned Business Contracting Outreach Program

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has adopted a new program to promote participation of minority groups, women, and individuals with disabilities in its contracting processes, as required by the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA) and consistent with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
