FDA Reopens Comment Period for Juice HACCP Proposal

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the public comment period for its proposal to implement Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles in the processing of fruit and vegetable juices until January 24, 2000, to gather feedback on four key issues and new data related to safe juice processing.
