FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for GRAS Exemption

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its procedures for submitting a Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) notice, which allows a substance to be used without premarket approval under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
