OCC Proposes Revision to Credit Life Insurance Regulation
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is proposing to revise its regulation governing credit life insurance and the disposition of credit life insurance income to reduce unnecessary regulatory costs and burdens, and to streamline the regulation for greater safety and soundness.
