U.S. Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Information Collection on Special Immigrant Petitions

The Department of State has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget to reinstate the use of Form DS-1884, which is used by foreign applicants to petition for special immigrant status under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) 203(b)(4) as an employee or former employee of the U.S. government abroad. Comments on the proposal must be submitted to OMB within 30 days.
