Renewal of Cultural Property Advisory Committee Charter

The Japanese government has renewed the charter of the Cultural Property Advisory Committee, a group established to protect Japan's cultural heritage. The committee, which advises the government on the protection of cultural properties, will continue to operate for another five years.
