Fulbright Teacher Exchange Orientation Program Grant Proposal Request

The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from eligible organizations to develop and administer an orientation program for Fulbright Teacher Exchange participants in Washington, D.C. in August 2001, with approximately 570 foreign and U.S. teachers and their dependents expected to participate.
