U.S. Department of State Requests Emergency Approval for Customs Clearance Form DS-1504

The Department of State has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of a form used for customs clearance of merchandise, which affects approximately 6,100 respondents, including the foreign diplomatic and consular community, international organizations, and the Office of the President.
